This gorgeous townhouse flows over two levels. Upstairs there are two bedrooms along with a bathroom. The master bedroom has views across to the river and a queen bed, the second bedroom is well apportioned with two singles. Both rooms have wardrobes. The master bedroom is air-conditioned along with fans / lights in both bedrooms and cross ventilation flow. Enjoy quality linens, furnishings, and new beds for a fabulous sleep. Walk downstairs to the open plan living area which includes the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has everything you need for the perfect family holiday including all mod cons and coffee pod machine. The living room has high quality furniture and a Smart TV which is perfect for chilling out on rainy days, a long day at the beach or on the river. The living area flows onto a patio with table and chairs and a share private grassed garden area (newly landscaped) with gate access onto Noosa Parade. You will find the private laundry room with washing machine and dryer, along with second toilet in a locked separate room next to the front door. Bus stops are within easy access, two to three minutes walking distance going to Hasting St, Sunshine Beach or Noosaville.
Other Details to Note
No Smoking or Vaping in the Town House. No Parties or Events (sorry!) No Pets. Must leave the Town House in good shape and clean per The House Rules otherwise extra charges will apply.

Guest Access
Guess access is via a lock box and the property has a private undercover car port. As a guest of the Noosa River Hideaway you will stay in a stylish townhouse with all the comforts of home as well as having full access to the resort amenities, this includes a lovely, relaxing, heated pool / spa and BBQ with new electric BBQ's area. We also offer a full size tennis court with racquets and balls. Please note we have an amazing central location - we are located on Noosa Parade which is the road between Noosaville to Noosa Heads and it is a 20 minute scenic walk to either location.
